These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.donglobalsolutions.com, www.crtvdon.com and www.donglobalvault.com (the “Site”), operated by Don Global Solutions LLC (“we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

The Site provides information about our services and allows visitors to submit inquiries and schedule calls. The Site does not process payments or sell goods or services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
9. Indemnification

10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and the parties waive any right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
